We needed to move into a car with an automatic, and the Patriot reminded us of the Cherokee we used to own, only smaller. Charlie Rotenberry helped us then, and did a great job, following through with every single thing he said he would do. So when we needed to get into something that got better mileage than the Patriot, we called Charlie. We showed up about 2:30pm on Saturday, and by closing time (6pm) Charlie had us in a 2016 Cruze LTZ. Everything we had specified that we needed out of the deal was met. Everything Charlie said he would do, he did. I think that's about as good as it gets in the used car business. Charlie rates a A+ in our book. So does Pete Moore Chevrolet. Even the guy in the finance office, whose name escapes me. More
