I called the dealership about 8 a.n. yesterday and spoke to one of the ladies in the service department. I have her my name and asked her if someone could come to College Dr to pick up my car because I need to one of the ladies in the service department. I forgot what her name was but she said yes, there are only two people here right now so let me have your name and # and I will call you back around 9 a when we are on our way to get your car. No- one ever came so I brought my car to the service department at 12:00 from College Dr. I was the only car there so I pulled into the edge of the service entrance due. To there was only one hatch opened. Everyone greeted me and asked what I needed. I told Kristy an oil change. She had me sign a form and showed me to the waiting area. I set up on the bar stools where I could watch them work. There were three men and the lady at the first office if the service department standing around where they work in cars talking or meeting. I finally went to check in my car at 12:50 due to I needed to be back at work at 1p. The guy was just coming to get my car. I asked how long would it take and Kristy said about 20 minutes and asked another lady asked if I would like to be dropped off at work and picked up afterwards. I said yes so she let ) Kristy know but the guy that does that was already gone on another errand. I texted my coworker to let them know I was going to be late. If someone had just acknowledged that they forgot to come get my car or something to that effect that would have been better. I work in a busy office that's why I write things down so I can hold to my word. We paid off our Rogue way before time on January 11th and we have had the hardest time getting our Gap insurance refund from Ruth in the other building. I've given her all the paperwork, plus my husband has been up there and he has also called David. Now it has gone from receiving it two weeks from when they got our title to now 3 months. March 11th was 3 months so it's past time. This is the worst experience I've had with any dealership. More

Honestly, I was not impressed. I dropped my vehicle off around 2 pm went to eat and to a store to get a few items. I came back and I had to wait until 4:30 to get my vehicle an oil change. That's a long wa around 2 pm went to eat and to a store to get a few items. I came back and I had to wait until 4:30 to get my vehicle an oil change. That's a long wait for a simple oil change. I think they could do better. Sure there was a few vehicles ahead of me but it still shouldn't have taken so long. When I showed back up at 3:30 they told me it wouldn't be long. I waited another hour for my vehicle. More
