Bright spots with room for improvement Contacting the service department by phone was difficult. phone rang multiple times at dealership before being answered. Service Department did not p Contacting the service department by phone was difficult. phone rang multiple times at dealership before being answered. Service Department did not pick up; call automatically transferred three times before disconnecting. Second attempt was a little better, though far less than prompt. I was early for my appointment. Service work I had scheduled was not accurate. Thankfully the service rep reviewed the work to be done and it was corrected. I was able to see technicians working in the service bays while I waited. No one worked on my car for quite some time. I was able to see service techs entering the building to get food and drinks A(well before lunch time) and take them back to their work stations. Didn't seem to be a strong work ethic in the shop. Service tech who worked on my car was helpful and took time to discuss my needs. Initial service tech took care of one of my needs through a salesman; both were very helpful. More
