I brought my truck in to have the battery leads replaced that was covered under the warranty. No issues with that service other than it took over two hours. BUT, when they came out to tell me the job was al that was covered under the warranty. No issues with that service other than it took over two hours. BUT, when they came out to tell me the job was almost complete, they informed me that a single wire that connects to the battery terminal needed the end replaced. The cost to replace a single wire connector that cost less than $1.00 was going to cost $123 in labor since it was an aftermarket addition. I explained that it was installed by the original Nissan dealership as part of the off-road package, all listed on the dealer window sticker. The only reason I bring my vehicle here is because of my factory warranty. The lady I was communicating with was super nice. It would have taken a technician 2 minutes to replace that connecter and had a 100% happy customer, but as usual, I leave there frustrated and with another problem with my truck that I still have to deal with.
