We took our vehicle in for a Recall....The service techs SHOULD NOT HAVE EVER TOUCHED anything inside our vehicle meaning Stereo, climate controls, deleting our Bluetooth options, seat settings, auto lights SHOULD NOT HAVE EVER TOUCHED anything inside our vehicle meaning Stereo, climate controls, deleting our Bluetooth options, seat settings, auto lights were turned off and so much more. Everything in our vehicle had been changed or removed and they were not even working on anything on the inside. VERY VERY VERY Disappointed in this dealership and this is why we didn't purchase our vehicle from this location. We will never take our vehicle back to this location ever again for any reason if this is they way they allow there people to operate. We are done with the Nissan Place in Texarkana. Also the mileage they put down for in was correct, but the mileage for out was incorrect the vehicle had been drove and WHY??? we took pictures of the OD when we parked at the dealership there was no need to drive the distance that was on it and you don't get that by moving a vehicle from the service area to the parking lot. We will make sure everyone we know never comes to this dealership for anything we would rather go to Bossier City that is where we purchased our Nissan from there prices were cheaper and no xx!!!! More

My front passenger tire was low. Also I payed for the wash and vacuum. My car was still dirty on the outside and the back seat wasn’t vacuumed at all. I paid $100 for an oil change, tire rotation, wash, wash and vacuum. My car was still dirty on the outside and the back seat wasn’t vacuumed at all. I paid $100 for an oil change, tire rotation, wash, and vacuum. I called the facility to inform them that the back seat wasn’t vacuumed at all. I was told to come back and get the back seat vacuumed. How will I be comped for having to drive my car all the way back up there for them to fix a mistake that was on there part besides the vacuum and wash that I’ve already paid for? More

I was sold a demo Armada as a new car without being told the car had been in your service department 4 times for the same issue. It wasn’t fixed before I bought the car. I had the car in the shop 3 times the car had been in your service department 4 times for the same issue. It wasn’t fixed before I bought the car. I had the car in the shop 3 times for the same problem. My car was kept 5 weeks, “experts” were called to help because nobody here could figure out how to fix it. At the end of week 5, it was discovered the problem was simply a loose connection. I never received a text or message about the car. I had to call to get any information. My family has bought 6-7 cars there. I was told “Nobody made me buy that car”. I will never do business there again and have repeatedly told everyone I come in contact with to never do business there either. I enjoy doing business locally but never again More
Christie is the best along with David in sales. Without them I would never go back. I was going to buy a Rogue but after hearing your finance manager yell at David and others I walked out went to Ford and them I would never go back. The Service Dept was very friendly, yet professional. I brought my auto in for check about a recall part.
