Thank you for the feedback! We are sorry to hear that we didn't meet yours or our standards during this purchase. It seems like we fell short on communication in this case. All involved staff have met and discussed so this doesn't happen to future customers. When the service department came to me with a quote to fix the light in the rear I immediately approved the work to be done. We should have communicated internally on who was going to relay the information to you. We hope we can have another opportunity to show you the customer service we strive to give every customer. Hi! Thank you for the feedback. Our service department advised that the $319 repair may not solve the concern and that it was more than likely going to be more costly. The repair order states that you opted to try to fix it the less expensive way hoping it would solve the issue. After the repair we found that like we feared the less expensive repair didn't solve the issue. We reached out offering to help out with a discount to do the full repair to which you declined. Please feel free to reach out if you have more concerns.
