I have reported an issue with the warning light (forward breaking system) coming on and flashing. The sensor was replaced over a year ago, but it still flashed at times. Of course, it is NOT fine as I knew. I’m told I have to pay the $100 deductible to fix it. Yes, $100 is nothing in the big picture, but it irritates me that you couldn’t detect the problem until AFTER my car had 36,000 miles. I was told, “we asked you to bring it in when the light was on.” That’s just stupid as I told them it doesn’t stay on. It blinks a few seconds and goes off. I was told the manager drove it and figured out the problem. Why wasn’t that done before now? It is poor customer service in my opinion. Guess it’s a good thing I have extended car protection since you don’t seem to be able to fix things right the first time. Furthermore, I was told the mounting bracket would be changed when the sensor is replaced again. Let me be clear, if there is a problem with the bracket, that would be something that was done there. I certainly have not touched it. More
