It's nice to learn that my responses to this surveys are followed up on immediately! My issues were very small but the reason I wrote this review was I thought they needed to tweak a few of the details to ensure 1st class experience and meet the expectations of their customers. Today I got a call from the Head of the Service Division. He wanted to make it right and looked at it personally. He also assured that they will be more cautious and will try to provide the best service possible. Much appreciated.
