3of us from the family were in contact with your dealership with regard to the same vehicle which we did purchase. He quickly followed up on all inquiries and immediately retrieved and confirmed all necessary paperwork. He willingly delivered our vehicle to NJ within 24hrs of our purchase accommodating my schedule on delivery day and arriving promptly at the designated time. I don't have to deal with expectant call that "we're not sure what's wrong" or "we need to order the parts for two days from now because we're booked." The facility is a pleasure to visit. Its scrupulously clean, well organized and well staffed. The customer waiting area is quite nice, clean, well lighted and spacious with a stack of the current day news paper to read, even for those early morning appointments. Its also great to have access to that extra cup of coffee or two while reading or watching a program. The staff is professional, polite and make it obvious that they want the experience to be on-time every time, comfortable and turn-key with complete satisfaction. Nice job! More
