I was very impressed when i went to drop off my car and they had closed just 10min prior to when I got there. I knocked on the door and they let me drop off my car instead of having to come back the next they had closed just 10min prior to when I got there. When we first arrived, we felt that we were not helped in a timely manner, BUT once we were introduced to Joe Sutter, he was very friendly and helpful. On a separate issue, the only thing I'm unhappy about, after the whole purchase, Is the finance. I think it sucks that you are unable to pay your bill online, without being charged a fee. I pay ALL my bills online, and no other bill I have (other car payment, mortgage, cable, etc) charge a fee to pay online. I went to the address given that I received in the mail for Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp. and to pay online, or even by phone there's a fee. More
I went into Peruzzi Nissan to appraise the the Altima. I had no intention of buying that day. I wanted to purchase a Honda Civic. The Altima seemed too large for me when comparing it to a Honda Accord whi had no intention of buying that day. I wanted to purchase a Honda Civic. The Altima seemed too large for me when comparing it to a Honda Accord which I was then driving. They are similar in size. Jim Powell offered to let me test drive a Sentra and I knew its size was perfect for me. I then spotted a 2012 leftover on the show room floor and fell in love with its appearance. Jim and Tom Kay worked to get me into that Sentra at the payment I wanted. They were both extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I now feel like a rich "young" lady at age 63! The showroom was also beautiful and all of the staff were very pleasant. I intend to have my car serviced by Peruzzi Nissan. Thank you for a very pleasant purchasing experience. More
