I was standing behind Pat when he sitting next to his supervisor told the mechanic that I was a very difficult woman I was horrible. Well the service department is horrible and very difficult to work wit supervisor told the mechanic that I was a very difficult woman I was horrible. After I get the part for my door, I will no longer be going to Peruzzi for anything. There’s a lack of respect for colored people with the guys that work in the service department(indirectly prejudice) i going to Peruzzi for anything. There’s a lack of respect for colored people with the guys that work in the service department(indirectly prejudice) issues. And I’m not the only person who has experienced this kind of behavior! The salesman didn't really anything about the car. Next day the manager called us back in and the rep spent 2 hrs going over every aspect of the.
