When they started to lay out the contract I noticed the initial price of the car was different than what we agreed upon. But they had two contract guys in the room explaining that they had to put in those numbers because they have to list everything by law then show the reductions in other places on the contract. And since we were financing thru Mazda the final numbers was showing all that finance information that made it look more than as was agreed. When you start looking at multiple documents that are over two feet long with two people that knows what it really said, explaining what they want you to really see, they took advantage of me. I would strongly warn anyone to go to Peruzzi without a contracts person with them. That cost me about $3000. Sincerely Robert Caywood More

Pleasantly Surprised - Purchased 2016 Mazda 6 Grand Touring Had been to several Toyota, Honda and another Mazda dealers to test drive and price out models. Felt pressured at the other dealers to purchase on the Had been to several Toyota, Honda and another Mazda dealers to test drive and price out models. Felt pressured at the other dealers to purchase on the spot. "This deal is only good for today." When I went to the Peruzzi dealership was pleasantly surprised at the relaxed atmosphere. No sales pitch or rush to put me in a car. My assigned rep had to leave early. I was teamed with Doug who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained what I was interested in purchasing and just wanted to know the out-the-door price. He explained the new features on the 2016 that weren't on my current 2006 Mazda. We sat down, reviewed features I wanted on the car, and discussed the trade-in value I felt my car was worth. Tom ran the numbers, after which I shared what numbers I had from other dealers, and we came to an agreeable out-the-door number. They test drove my car and immediately returned the keys to me. This was not the treatment at other dealers where the "well I have to speak to my manager" and keep you waiting 1/2 hr while they went behind closed doors and not returning my car keys. My car had to be picked up at another dealer. When the car arrived, Doug went over all the features and I didn't feel he rushed through this process. I even decided at this point to have door guards and door sills added - no problem - were ordered, was called, were installed. Jordan review the options to finance and the different warranties available offering guidance with no hard selling. The 7-yr 100,000 warranty with Total Care is the way to go if you can. Had this on my 2006 Mazda 6 Grand Touring. This has been the BEST car purchasing experience I have had since purchasing my first car in 1970. I highly recommend the Peruzzi Mazda Team. More

I was not planning on leasing/purchasing a vehicle, but my old Civic decided it wanted to stop running on me, forcing me into looking for a new vehicle. I did not feel pressured to make a decision, which was very nice. I was shown a 2015 Mazda 3, but the deal they gave me for the 2016 Mazda 3 was too good to pass up. Overall a fun, exciting, great experience! I love my Mazda!! More

Of course, I knew exactly what I was walking in to purchase, but it was quite nice to conclude the entire transaction in one evening and be happily on my way. Purchased a 2016 Mazda 6 with zero issues Walked into the dealership on 9/25 knowing which car I wanted, but still wanted to take it for a test drive before sealing the deal. Jerry Santana Walked into the dealership on 9/25 knowing which car I wanted, but still wanted to take it for a test drive before sealing the deal. Jerry Santana was a very friendly sales consultant, not pushy at all. He let me take the car for a test drive and didn't feed me any kind of nonsense or company line. We actually spoke more about where we're from and some other hobbies, which made the test drive feel a lot more personable. When it came to talk numbers the price was fair. There was no back and forth negotiation and at no time did I feel pushed or uncomfortable. We agreed on a price, put a $500 down payment down to hold the car on the lot and came back next morning to buy it cash. Jordan Haft did the final sale paperwork on 9/26 and was very polite in explaining what each and every document I was signing was intended for. He gave his rundown on the extended warranty, but did not push anything, and when I declined we just kept going on to the next paper to sign. I only have two very minor nitpicks, neither of which I would hold against the dealership: I asked for a cargo net for the trunk (and was willing to pay list price) at the time of agreeing to the price on 9/25. They mentioned it would be included for tomorrow, but it never was. I was not charged, so no harm no foul, but this could upset a less laid-back customer. When I drove home I noticed I was missing one valve stem cap on a tire. This isn't the end of the world as it's a 25 cent part, but if you're buying a brand new $30k car, I expect these things to be proper and perfect. There was also a small piece of felt sticking out of the center console, which I removed with scissors, again, not a deal breaker but it shouldn't have been missed when doing the once-over on the car. Would I go here again if I were in the market for a Mazda? Yes. Would I recommend Jerry to friends and family? Yes. Very delighted with my experience and purchase, nothing like what I am used to with pushy salesmen and crazy prices. This was a most refreshing experience. Best of luck to Jerry and Jordan, keep up the good work! More
