They gave me a good quote on replacing the pads and resurfacing the rotors and didn't try to tell me that I needed new front brakes too. As a young, female, I've gotten taken advantage of my dealers in the past and am wary. They informed me that I would need new tires soon but didn't make me feel pressured to buy them that moment. I had an excellent experience today. Thank you Peruzzi. More

After meeting with Eric and Geoff, and weighing out my options, while gaining full knowledge of my choices, I went with the CX 5. I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service, the sense of professionalism, the friendly staff, amongst many other things. Eric and Geoff really know how to make your mind at ease, and making your car experience a great one! I look forward to sharing my experience, and enjoying my new car. More
Still Can't Fix A Simple Fix I wish I could give Peruzzi Mazda Service 0 's. I am still waiting for them to fix the problems with my peeling rims (a two year problem they have yet I wish I could give Peruzzi Mazda Service 0 's. I am still waiting for them to fix the problems with my peeling rims (a two year problem they have yet to fix). Their customer service and support is the worst that I have ever experienced. I recommend going to another Mazda dealer for any service. They told me almost three weeks ago that they ordered a new rim for me and that it would be in by weeks end. No phone call on their part so I stop in and once again am lied to by the service manager.. "I was not here during the original order but we have them on back order and I will personally take care of it." What a lie, they dropped the ball and did not order the rim. The service manager told me that Mazda is having a problem with the rims and that they will no longer be dipping rims..ok, so replace all four of mine in a timely manner. Even retail stores email you with a back order comment.. such a lie and I regret using the service of Peruzzi Mazda. More

We purchased our car 3 months ago and still waiting for our tags.. after calling to check on them because our tags were about to expire I was told that the had a problem getting to title and it would take more weeks.. why would they even sell me a car they couldn't get a title for?? So since then our old expired temp tag has fallin off and when called to get a new tag I was told by Larry the used car manager to just drive with No tag on the car at all! the car had two worn tires in the front and when asked to have them replace they said they will replace one and I had to pay them for the other! So then they charged me 220 bucks for one which basicallly means I paid for them both because the tires were only 100 a piece.. we came from over an hour away to buy the car and they wouldn't even fill the car up with gas after we just purchased it!!! That was a bad sign! More
Wow! Was I just scr*wed? 121. Bucks for 2 headlight? I made an appt for a headlamp replacement on my 2010 Mazda 6. After waiting an hour for the job to be completed ( there were no other customers anywhe I made an appt for a headlamp replacement on my 2010 Mazda 6. After waiting an hour for the job to be completed ( there were no other customers anywhere), I'm finally given a bill by Gilbert (Peruzzi) for a whopping $121.24 for 2 headlights. You can imagine I was not too happy, since just over a year ago I replaced the same bulbs for $57.14 at Hamilton Mazda. When I asked why such a difference in price I was informed that the labor fee had been' reduced' ???? All I could do was think " wow did I just get screwed. No wonder there was a no one in the waiting room. A 7 year old Mazda should not cost as much to maintain as a new audi! I will not be returning to peruzzi for any type of service and will most defiantly not recommend them to any of my friends in which I would like to keep! More

I waited, and waited, and waited. 2 and a half hours later AFTER I complained multiple times about the wait, my car was ready. I can totally understand if I was a walk in and did not have an appointment, but to have to wait almost 3 hours for an oil change that was SCHEDULED is absurd! Although my oil change was free (because I purchased at Peruzzi) it was NOT worth wasting my entire morning. More

Nichole Brimmer was our sales consultant, she was extremely gracious and very very knowledgable, took extraordinary time to explain car to my daughter, took us on two test drives ..never felt any pressure that car dealers always use, very very relaxed and professional approach. I had one request which John Little satisfied immediately, financing was seamless and fair. Highly recommend Nichole Brimmer, very impressed with her knowledge, personable appraoch and thoroughness. Drove 85 miles and it was worth it. More

Being that I work in sales, I understand the importance of meeting quotas and making money while trying to maintain a level of consistent customer service- these two gentlemen, you can tell executes that daily! They were not over aggressive and answered all of my questions and concerns with professionalism and sincerity. Given that I was crunched for time due to me needing to leave and go to work, Kirk and Tom took down my information, emailed me my options up front so that I was able to make a decision upon my arrival. They got the ball rolling so that when I went to finalize the transaction, I had a few papers to sign and I was on my way! I never give all fives, let alone write reviews but I was so taken back by the service I received at this dealership that I felt obligated to. More
Shopping for a car made easy! I had been looking for a year at different dealerships, different cars. I knew what I wanted, but nothing seemed to feel right. Then we looked at Mazda CX5 and I knew this was the one! I love it!!! I was stressed about the whole experience, first time buying a SUV. Thanks to the dealer, my stressful time turned relaxed!! He is the best!! Very nice, patience, and knowledgable!! So happy we made the choice to go with Mazda!! More

At Peruzzi Mazda you get what you looking for, you get awesome customer service and everyone works together to make you feel comfortable. If you want a great experience when buying a car, whether is your first car or second, don't go anywhere else but to Peruzzi Dealers. I highly recommend them!
