Mr. Steven Schneck, I realized that you have not yet removed the comments you have made. When we spoke and I got involved, ordered the wheel, picked up your vehicle at your place of work, replaced the wheel and paid to have your car cleaned as a goodwill gesture for your troubles. I know how frustrating it is but our hands do get tied by the factory. We no longer refinish the wheels as previously done. They get replaced as we did this visit. Shaun, I am sorry to hear about your disappointment, and I apologize for the inconvenience of waiting but we have done everything possible to expedite the process. When you spoke to Larry you told him the temporary tag was all wet and felt like it was going to fall off. He specifically told you to remove it and attach it to the inside of the rear window so you do not lose it. You responded saying you were not going to do this. No one ever told you to drive without a tag. If you would have listened to Larry, we would have been able to extend it for you but since you let it fall off somewhere, we cannot reissue another one in its place. When purchasing the vehicle you complained about the front tires. The front tires were perfectly fine and passed Pennsylvania state inspection. You wanted two new tires so we compromised with you and agreed to pay for one of them. I am sorry you feel that it was not a good price for the new tire plus mount and balance. You were told the price and agreed on having it done. Why would you do that if you feel it was such a bad price? You easily could have just taken it to the person who told you it should cost $100. That’s what I would have done if I were you. You also wanted us to help you out with the price of a warranty which we did to earn your business. I understand you are upset about the time it is taking for the title and can respect you writing a review. Well first off most of the things u said r not true! Larry did say I could remove it and put it in the back window but that is my wife's car and b4 I could contact her it was gone! Also Larry most certainly did suggest that I ride with out the tag! I didn't check the price of that off brand tire u brought until the car was already purchased! I've already been in contact with my lawyer and I know what my rights are at this point and if I get pulled over and receive a ticket your dealership will legally be responsible. It was ur dealership that dropped the ball when it comes to this title period!
