This dealership service department at Peruzzi is terrible. Bought a CPO CX5 with warranty in the spring, and GPS unit failed to function in cold weather once fall hit. Not being much of a car person, I took the car in to Peruzzi service, explained the cold weather issue, and checked to see if they could validate the SD card and possibly update it for me since I was unable to do so via the Mazda utility. They told me they didn't have the ability to look at the card even though the car was under warranty, and offered no suggestions or alternatives. I asked again recently when visiting for a second factory recall service (the first they had managed to schedule and have me drive 45 minutes and show up for despite not even having parts to do the recall repair, a 3 hour waste of my time and workday) and the lazy service department staff gave me the exact same hands-off zero effort blow-off. Turns out I did get free help from an anonymous user on a random Mazda bulletin board - there was a Mazda service bulletin specifically addressing the problem, calling out the exact lot number of my SD card and saying it would cause navigation to fail in cold weather! So had the Peruzzi service team actually lifted a finger and provided service when called upon to do so, my hardware would have been covered under warranty. Because they did not, the replacement SD card is $399.00. I spoke with the service department manager Travis today and he told me he would give me a 10% discount on a replacement - no apology, no inquiry as to how my service visits went down, no nothing. Just his lame attempt to monetize on his service departments incompetence. This place has zero accountability whatsoever so a word to the wise, take your Mazda business elsewhere. Once Perruzi sells you your car, they don't seem to care about customer service and are brazen about it. More
This place is the worst dealership I've ever been to in my life. They will greet you with a smile and lie to you to line their pockets. Took our 2016 Mazda3 there today and the experience was wonderful, not pushy, washed car and done in a timely manor. We switched today and have come to understand that not every dealer is inefficient or operating in chaos. Thank you for the great service we will be back!!! More

Options were presented and discussed as such with appropriate dialog to tailor to my specific needs and wants. To achieve similar outcomes would take hours of hard negotiation, heated arguments, and yes i've walked out before after the fifth time someone has to “go talk to the manager” or other attrition tactics. It was a clear and transparent process, conducted with utmost professionalism, efficiency, and at fair market value. More
I am in need of a car. Wasn't having luck finding a used Mazda that I wanted so I broke down and decided to get a new one. Then I couldn't get a lower level package as cars always gone when I would reach out to dealers. So was willing to bite the bullet and upped my choice to a premium package. Over 30,000. Did the test drive and was ready to sign but when I looked at the paperwork the dollar amount was different. I was advised that because there aren't a lot of cars to sell, a 'market adjustment' was added to keep the heat and lights on at the dealership. Not like 500.00, but 2,000.00. An unearned 2,000.00. I just couldn't sign. I wish there were a salary bump for me due to the higher cost of everything but there isn't. It seems that the profit on the MSRP isn't ever a factor. Hopefully the practice will be eliminated or the amount lessened. Sarah was helpful over the phone but I wish the additional fee would have been noted in the ad before my taking the long drive. More
This is the only place ever where I made a handshake deal with the unscrupulous salesliar (Jake Sommer) only to have him renege on the deal and charge an additional $1500 on top of the agreed upon price. His lies extended to his boss Eric Peruzzi who backed him 100% despite me sharing the printout of the quote provided clearly showing the sale price of $26,873. I was an honorable man and promised that when I purchased a car I would only do so through him. I was rewarded with a blatant attempt to rip me off. Conduct business with these snakes in the grass at your own peril. More
