My mileage was just under 10,000 miles. I had come for my 10,000 mile service check. I was told I would not be eligible for this until 15,000 because of a time concern, i.e., not enough ti I had come for my 10,000 mile service check. The technician tried to explain this to me several times and I still did not get it. I'm not blaming him. It just was not clear. It would help if this was in writing. More

My car required an oil change and tire rotation prior to travel, and the Auto Mall was able to fit me in prior to our departure. I was greeted in a friendly manner and while in the waiting area was kept app travel, and the Auto Mall was able to fit me in prior to our departure.
