This was the first time I was here for service. I previously went to BG Cronin. This place is of course much bigger and nicer. Plus you actually have new trucks that I can look at. Came in for a LOF and was notified of recommendations to keep my VW functioning properly and safely. Came back for the work and used the shuttle to deposit me back to my home in Sylvania Township and Dave keep my VW functioning properly and safely. I was midway on my monthly drivetrip from VA to OH when I noticed a wheezing noise coming from the engine compartment. No warning lights came on, BUT, gotta have this checked out. Ron did the diagnostic and noticed a wheezing noise coming from the engine compartment. No warning lights came on, BUT, gotta have this checked out. Ron did the diagnostic and determined the AC compressor was the problem plus identified a couple other maintenance things that did not make the car (2013 Volvo XC60) undrivable so I could get back to VA safely, did a printout of the problems to show my VA service folks and go from there - either have repairs done in VA, or with warning, when I next returned to OH. Great, totally unexpected, experience! Also, props to Tracy for making the wait happily enjoyable. Thanks from Jerry, Arlington VA. More

Our service rep was John and we enjoyed working with him. We joked with each other to make the experience fun. John was friendly and knowledgeable and in working with us on some possible warranty items. The We joked with each other to make the experience fun. John was friendly and knowledgeable and in working with us on some possible warranty items. The other people in the service rep area were kind and firiendly. One even started up a conversation with me while John was out looking at the car. This made me feel comfortable and even more welcome. Todd Wilson sold me my car in BG and since then I have moved to Findlay but always had my car serviced in BG. Perrysburg is a bit further to drive and will need to evaluate making the trip or using the local dealership in Findlay. Already miss the dealership in BG More
