First, they tried to offer my car back before it was finished but demanded full payment and would not provide a rental when it came back for actual completion. When I did pick up my car today, they STILL didn't complete all requested repairs. A ding on the drivers side door was NOT addressed (I know it was at my cost, not insurance) but they showed an invoice for a ding being repaired on the right side of the vehicle. There were NO dings on the right side of the vehicle. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am. I have sent an email to my insurance and I will not work with your group again. More
