I scheduled service for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived, the service representative said they scheduled my vehicle for the 30, 000 mile service. I told him that that was supposed to be compl When I arrived, the service representative said they scheduled my vehicle for the 30, 000 mile service. I told him that that was supposed to be completed the previous visit. Moving forward, that same representative questioned why I wanted to do an oil change at 5, 000 miles. I respoded with, " because the service needed light is on. Plus, it's been 10,000. Did they not reset it the last time it was in for service because an oil change was supposed to be done with the 30, 000 mile service as well." I never really got an answer for that one, but he did confirm that the 30, 000 mile service was completed. As if that doesn't instill a lot of confidence, I went to check out and asked about the paint correction pens I ordered the last time I brought my vehicke in fir service and hadn't heard anything. The service clerk walked me over to the parts department, which I was not told to walk over there when I initially requested to order the paint correction pens. Long-story short, thepens have been sitting there for 3 months and didn't no one bothered to call me! To be fair, the parts department was unaware the they were ordered asthe service departmentplaced the initialorder. However, I am not happy that the parts manager overheard the conversation and didn't even come our of his office. So, when asking if i would recommend this dealership for service, absolutely not! I'm not confident with their work and I have to check to make sure they do their job! More
