This was my first visit to the service department of this dealership. I brought my truck in and informed the staff that I had an appointment with a representative. They said he would be with me shortly. Afte dealership. I brought my truck in and informed the staff that I had an appointment with a representative. They said he would be with me shortly. After about five minutes, he approached my truck and mentioned that anyone could have assisted me. When it was time to pick up my vehicle, I was told that the issues I had were resolved. However, that was not the case. The truck was returned to me in worse condition than when I dropped it off, the car wash was very poorly done. More

Pleased that my car was finally fixed, although it took almost 2 weeks for a mere starter replacement. Seems like this should have been a quick repair. Why did it take so long?
