Was quoted 1. 5 hours when service was scheduled for recall, oil change and 1 headlight bulb replacement. I sat in the lobby for two hours before I even received an assessment of my vehicle. Total time from arrival to departure was over 3 hours. Service department didn’t reset oil change gauge after oil change. Didn’t reset clock. Didn’t run car through car wash. Based on TPMS PSI readout, technicians either didn’t recalibrate tire position after tire rotation, or just didn’t rotate tires. Tires at vastly different psi, 35, 44, 31, 38 Steering wheel was not in position. Steering wheel was making a grinding noise when I turn it, like friction between steering wheel and column. I’ve since fixed this. Appreciate an adjustment in the headlight bulb price, but other than that, I may be looking elsewhere for service moving forward. This is not the first time I’ve sat in the lobby for several hours when I’ve been told it would take a much shorter length of time to service my vehicle. More
