This was my first visit to the service department of this dealership. I brought my truck in and informed the staff that I had an appointment with a representative. They said he would be with me shortly. Afte dealership. I brought my truck in and informed the staff that I had an appointment with a representative. They said he would be with me shortly. After about five minutes, he approached my truck and mentioned that anyone could have assisted me. When it was time to pick up my vehicle, I was told that the issues I had were resolved. However, that was not the case. The truck was returned to me in worse condition than when I dropped it off, the car wash was very poorly done. More
Recently, I submitted an issue I had with the dealership regarding my GMC Canyon. I received an email back with a number to call, but it didn’t specify who to ask for when I did call that number however I j regarding my GMC Canyon. Pleased that my car was finally fixed, although it took almost 2 weeks for a mere starter replacement. Seems like this should have been a quick repair. Why did it take so long? A loaner car was finally offered after a week. Also, at time of pickup, the bill was listed a higher than the quote- which my husband caught and was adjusted. More

My Canyon had an intermittent vibration, after an inspection I was told an alignment was needed, after service was completed, the problem still existed, I was told that a ride with a technician would inspection I was told an alignment was needed, after service was completed, the problem still existed, I was told that a ride with a technician would be needed because I was told we can’t imagine what you think your feeling, after taking the technician for a drive he suspected it was my torque converter, upon getting a 2nd opinion from another technician he determined it was my transmission. I have always trusted the GMC service department for my truck maintenance, now I am looking at over a $9000 bill for a repair for a vehicle that has just over 84,000 miles, but is just over five years old. I’m very disappointed in the service department along with GMC and Perrysburg dealership. You have a very dissatisfied customer, if that means anything, a sit down wiould be welcomed. More
