My interactions with the GM side and dealings with the Wreck Center have been top notch. My 2022 GMC Sierra has been to the Wreck Center twice since we have owned that vehicle, first due to the hail from Wreck Center have been top notch. Mr. Burleson from the Wreck Center has been my contact on both repair jobs. Mr. Burleson has been very professional and helpful in every aspect. Mr. Burleson's concern for my vehicle being repaired correctly and being completed in ample time is evident. I believe he honors the customers business and treats them so they have the trust to want to return their vehicle if any other repairs or service is needed. I am also very happy with my interactions with the GM service staff. I have delt with Deb on a couple of services jobs from scheduling oil changes to having new tires placed on my Taurus. Deb has been very professional ,courteous and helpful. Deb has made me feel like my business is valued and having me return as a customer is one of her goals, which she is great at doing. To finish up the shuttle service that is provided is also Top Notch, every one of the Drivers has been Awesome, Friendly and Professional. If ever needed I highly recommend using there service. Service desk ladies are friendly, knowledgeable and polite. I showed her a couple concerns I had, I received a fast quote to fix the issues. Simple to say yes or no to the services on my phone. No pres polite. I showed her a couple concerns I had, I received a fast quote to fix the issues. Simple to say yes or no to the services on my phone. No pressure to have additional serves if you didn't want them. She was able to look up my vehicle and inform me of any services that were recommended for my vehicles milage. The shuttle service is nice to have as an option. The driver Joe was professional and friendly. Waiting area is clean, and the drink station provided is a nice option. More

Not the norm for this dealer. Returned at 6 PM to get car that was paid for earlier. As backing car out of parking spot there was a large clunk in the front. Pulled forward a little and another large clunk and shift in the front. Stopped car and got out to check front wheels, found lug nuts were only hand tight. Went inside to see if anyone was still left. A salesman was there but said no one else was left. Explained my issue, he said he would notify service manager in the morning. Went back to car and started tightening the lug nuts. As doing it the cashier noticed I had an issue. She immediately texted the service manager for assistance. She said sometimes one of the techs staid late so she went to check. Went with her to check, he wasn't there. We back to car to continue tightening the lugs. Cashier was still trying to get help but no success. She said she would have the service manager call me in the morning. No call from manager the next day. Second day after I called service manager, voicemail was full so I couldn't. Called back and spoke with one of service writers. Left message to have manager call me back. Still no return call. I'm sure if it was my wife or someone else they would have just driven off, as loose as the wheels were probably wouldn't have made it out of the lot. If it had it would have been a rather ugly and possibly dangerous situation. More
