Cost of repairs exceeded what was needed because of guess work on service departments part. Completed repairs that were unnecessary in fixing the problem that vehicle was taken on for instead of actually di work on service departments part. Stated that is how they do things start with the cheapest resolution and if it does not work then keep trying until they figure it out. That is not how it is supposed to work. You take your car in and they tell you what is wrong and fix it not keep guessing. More
