I use the online scheduling and it never fails, service dept. is so surprised at the work I’m requesting and unaware that I need a loaner. I live an hour from Perrysburg and don’t have the luxury of just dept. is so surprised at the work I’m requesting and unaware that I need a loaner. I know things happen out of our control but I would appreciate better communication. Btw, Keith was great and I appreciated how hard he worked to get my car completed. More
