My Atlas has been in for service 4 times in the last 7 months. After today's experience we will be finding somewhere else to have it serviced. I scheduled an appointment to have 2 major repairs done over months. After today's experience we will be finding somewhere else to have it serviced. I scheduled an appointment to have 2 major repairs done over 2 weeks ago. Yesterday I brought the vehicle in for today's service appointment. After waited 2 hours (3:00- 5:00) for the shuttle to take me home, I finally had someone from my family come pick me up. My husband was called today (although I left my cell # with Keith when I dropped my vehicle off) and informed that the parts needed for the Engine Replacement of Valve Cover due to oil leak where not available. On April 14th I had my car in because my seat controls would not work. $186.81 repair. I was informed that my vehicle was no longer under warranty at that time. I was then informed that I had 2 items that required immediate attention totaling over $2,000.00 in repairs. My vehicle had been in for a repair on December 10 for a supposed rodent damage to the alternator, which cost $1 067.21. Nothing was mentioned at that time about the 2 repairs that somehow required immediate attention only 3,385 miles later. I will not be calling, so please refrain from that reply. Thanks to Scott our wonderful salesman for noticing that we were waiting for the shuttle service forever. More

I was very pleased with the dealership. We took the car in for a look over before we leave for a trip. I expected to pay for the work. I took my Cadillac in for routine oil change and tire rotation on 4/24. Everything was working on entry to service. After paying just under $100, it was returned to me with no traction control, no ABS, n rotation on 4/24. Everything was working on entry to service. After paying just under $100, it was returned to me with no traction control, no ABS, no Stabiltrak, no cruise control, which I pointed out to them by returning to service dept after driving 1 mile down the road. I was rescheduled for 4/28 to address this problem. Service declined to take any responsibility for the issue, even though it happened under their watch. It checked out fine when I arrived on 4/24 and all the yellow lights and warning bells were there when I took repossession. I had to spend $590 more to get it fixed. I now have a very real trust issue with this dealership and will no longer be using them for my Cadillac or Silverado. All employees were kind, but would not acknowledge ownership of resulting problems. Marsha Beaverson More
