Was met as soon as we pulled into the service entrance. Took truck to shop and told us to go to the waiting and they would check out transmission, may take about an hour. Returned in less than an hour to inform us that they needed to drain and replace the transmission fluid and it would take about an hour. Returned in less than an hour and said it was complete. Told us to drive it for 1500 miles and return if it still caused same problem. More
