I had a bit of an annoying experience at this dealership. I bought a 2024 Jetta GLI Autobahn w/ manual transmission. I had been searching for one for quite a while. I drove 2 hours to pick up the vehicle. I bought a 2024 Jetta GLI Autobahn w/ manual transmission. I had been searching for one for quite a while. I drove 2 hours to pick up the vehicle. I paid cash. It was discovered while trying to setup car-net (at the dealership) that something wasn't right. The green light that is supposed to be illuminated by the SOS/Info/Service was off which indicates a communication problem. The saleman (Justin) went to the service depart to inquire about the issue and potentially have it looked at. He reported back to me that it would be an hour before they could look at it and that the problem may go away because cell service there at the dealership may not be good enough. He told me to drive home and hopefully it will start working. Well, that didn't work. I'm currently scheduled to leave work early, drive 25 minutes to my nearest dealer and wait up to 1.5 hours for them to fix it. Time is in short supply and I have to waste a lot of it because of this issue on a brand new vehicle. More
