This is the second time I’ve had my oil changed here. The first time it took 2 hours even though I had an appointment. This time it took over an hour and half with an appointment. I had to use rubbing c The first time it took 2 hours even though I had an appointment. This time it took over an hour and half with an appointment. I had to use rubbing compound to buff out scratches from when they washed my truck after the service was provided. My truck sat for an hour before it was even looked at even though I was there 10 minutes before my appointment time. If a simple oil change and tire rotation is going to take 1.5-2 hours this needs to be communicated at the time the appointment is scheduled. More
