The dealership is conveniently located from where I reside; I’ve had a positive experience in the purchase of my Volvo as well as getting it serviced there. Because I own another car, I get to compare reside; I’ve had a positive experience in the purchase of my Volvo as well as getting it serviced there. Because I own another car, I get to compare the service provided by Volvo service department; and there are not as many amenities with Volvo, as there are with other dealership’s service departments . However, the personnel in the service department at Volvo is very professional, and I’ve always had a positive experience getting my vehicle serviced there. I realize that it is not fair to simply compare, but sometimes we do. More

I was having an issue with my wipers on my 2022 Sierra. I took it to a closer dealership which misdiagnosed the problem, causing the truck to sit at their service department for a month while the waited fo I took it to a closer dealership which misdiagnosed the problem, causing the truck to sit at their service department for a month while the waited for parts.
