The minimum service charge to simply diagnose a dash light was very high. Then, in their apparent rush to complete the job at the end of the day, they didn’t clear the code which was all that needed to light was very high. I had to return later to have them clear the code. The mechanic also broke the hood support by folding it incorrectly. Service manager said he would talk to his supervisor about it but did not follow up with me. I plan to never use their service again and makes me reluctant to even consider buying a car from the dealership. More

The technicians did a good job but they should allow customers to bring the specific oil that that want in their vehicle. If the company supplied Royal Purple Full Synthetic then I would have them put t customers to bring the specific oil that that want in their vehicle. If the company supplied Royal Purple Full Synthetic then I would have them put that in my truck all the time, but they don’t, that’s why I bring my own oil. Also you would think when the customer ask for a filter change & supplies both the air & oil filters, they the technician would use all the filters, but NO the technician only used the oil filter, even though the other filters were available right next to the oil filter. Now I have to change them myself, At least I wasn’t charged for that. More
