Was not told about the extra parts needed for vehicle until the vehicle was finished and ready. Price exceeded estimate by thousands. Took almost 2 weeks for someone to initially call about the vehicle t until the vehicle was finished and ready. Price exceeded estimate by thousands. Took almost 2 weeks for someone to initially call about the vehicle then was well over 1 month to repair the vehicle. Could not keep or see the old parts, and no discounts whatsoever were offered.
