I would not rate it at this point because I have not used them in years. I just bought a new car from them so I will wait a little longer for recommendations. I was not happy with the length of time it took to get an appointment for my first service, but I was quite pleased with the improvement in their team over past experiences. I understand there is even an option for getting an appointment to have the service done while I wait. I will use this in the future. The car is under warranty so some of the following questions do not apply and I have left them blank. More
