The back and forth between the Perry service department and Ram's warranty office was awful. The time it took was incredibly slow (3 weeks) The actual repair only took two days and the vehicle now runs lik and Ram's warranty office was awful. Lifetime warranty is well worth the cost but the horse and buggy sop for approval is ridiculous. More
