Poor customer service, it wasn’t great from the very beginning, Waited 10mins for someone to acknowledge that I was there for servicing my vehicle, even with having an appointment. Here I am thinking I’m dropping off the the day.. service guy never advised me that they will be keeping the car till Tuesday. Monday comes along around 4pm..still haven’t heard anything. So I called you all again, the girl who answered the phone was rude and just a smart xxx. Went to pick up the car on Tuesday and it was never explained to me what was done. Service sucks there.
