24MAR - I brought my vehicle in for a recall and brakes. My Vehicle was kept for over three hours, and nothing was fixed because the part for the recall wasn't available, and the mechanic didn't have time f My Vehicle was kept for over three hours, and nothing was fixed because the part for the recall wasn't available, and the mechanic didn't have time for the brakes. When my vehicle was returned, both my left and right visor mirror lights were no longer working. I notified the employee who rescheduled my appointment to fix all the issues. 27MAR - I notified the employee about my left and right visor mirror lights not working, and he assured me that the mechanic would fix it. The recall and brakes were done. However, the visor mirror lights were never fixed. Unsatisfactory! More
