Sloppy and Careless. Transmission swapped out and they forgot to bolt down the brackets and lines going to transfer case. Made all kinds of noise from loose brackets jabb Transmission swapped out and they forgot to bolt down the brackets and lines going to transfer case. Made all kinds of noise from loose brackets jabbing the bottom of cab during operation. Came back three times to explain there is a noise. They stated that the noise was normal and that I was Paranoid. Third time going back out with a Mopar Tech, he did here the noise and they put the JT on the lift and called the mechanic over who put the new transmission in. They found the loose hardware and brackets damage if the bottom of the cab. No apology was made to me. Wasted four hours waiting for them to fix their mess up and didn’t even call me when it was done. Be respectful and nice doesn’t get you anywhere and the service department is willing to argue back to me. Still not satisfied. I’ve been back to the dealership 8 times for 3 oil changes and other major problems and I feel as if my vehicle comes out worse than when it went in. More
