I recently had the light for stability control and 4 wheel drive come on for my 2020 Grand Cherokee and when I tried to make an appt for them to run diagnostics on it they told me no appt was needed. Tu wheel drive come on for my 2020 Grand Cherokee and when I tried to make an appt for them to run diagnostics on it they told me no appt was needed. Turns out they needed to keep my car for 2 weeks before running a diagnostic on it. They claimed no one there could do it or only certain people knew how or they were really backed up (hence why I wanted to make an appt). And then I had to keep calling to get any sort of info about what was going on because no one was communicating with me. When I did finally hear from someone they claimed they had been running diagnostics on for over a day and didn’t know yet what was wrong with it. Well considering multiple lights were on and vehicles now a days are computers, the diagnostics are a simple plug in and go and it tells you what is wrong. There is no “searching” to figure out what it wrong. And if they are so “behind” the allowing to make appts should be a thing. That way people aren’t without cars for weeks on end. More
