I don't think I could have have a worse experience, I needed my brake line fixed. Something simple that my warranty should have covered but the service rep told my warranty people that it looked like som needed my brake line fixed. Something simple that my warranty should have covered but the service rep told my warranty people that it looked like someone reached under and pulled it apart so they didn't cover it I don't know why they would throw that opinion in on that one because I have no reason to reach under and do that. After I payed they pulled my truck around with diesel just spraying out from under my truck leaving a trail of Diesel and on my window and truck. The girl who drove it around said she saw a warning light saying low fuel pressure but kept driving thinking it was low on fuel. The man in charge of service came out (old man, white hair) and didn't even let me talk before telling me he wasn't going to argue with me this wasn't there fault. I would think when something like this happened they would at least hear a frustrated customer out. There is no way I could have drove that truck here in that condition. The whole parking lot smelt like diesel they didn't even drive my truck around after they fixed the break line or they would have caught this since they claimed the fuel line was already broke when I brought it to them which is obviously not the case because I would have not been able to drive it in that condition. I was low on options and had to get it fixed. I asked if they could at least fill my tank up and wash my truck since they drove it around the lot spilling it everywhere, and all over my windshield but they don't care about personal vehicles they are backed up with company trucks that need it be fixed avoid this place if you can I wish I did More
Awful service on the sale floor. I declined what they offer and told them it’s fine if they can’t do what I was asking but I’m not doing this new offer and will either come back later or look elsewhere. Manager became super aggressive for some reason like i slighted him for not taking his deal and started making rude comments. Awful service from apparently “professional” salesmen. No wonder hardly any customers are there. More
Service department was awesome. Michael was very responsive and truthful in his timing of events. Don’t mind waiting but want honesty and we got that.
