I have mothers trougle 2016 jeep grand cherokee which was there for 4 and 1/2 months waiting on parts, was fixed only to have a gascet fail 1 day after picking it up. Necessitated pulling engine and tranny there for 4 and 1/2 months waiting on parts, was fixed only to have a gascet fail 1 day after picking it up. FLINT BOWEN has been fantastic to work with and you at Perkins have gone above and beyond the call of duty about supplying me with transporations during this time. Believe it will be fixed this week.
