Darryl went out of his way to ensure that I had my needs met in what my price, wants, requirements were (he really listened). Darryl showed me used pickups and new pick ups, knowing my situation, he did everything he could to work with me and to make sure that I was getting the best deal possible. I ended up buying a 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 pick up truck. Darryl also went above and beyond to make sure my requirements were met, and my wants. Darryl set up the truck to get the tow package, and worked with me in getting the best financing available. Perkins Dodge/Jeep has earned my business, and referrals. Again, thank You Darryl for your Outstanding Customer Service, and you patience, and commitment to getting me the best deal! I love my Dodge Truck!! More
I took my 05 Ram 2500 in for a smoking problem and trouble filling the fuel tank. I was told it was a bad fuel injector and it's not covered under warranty and would cost 1075.00 to fix. I was also to trouble filling the fuel tank. I was told it was a bad fuel injector and it's not covered under warranty and would cost 1075.00 to fix. I was also told the rollover valve in the fuel tank was bad and that would be 1500.00. I told them no thanks and I would come pick my truck up. I took my truck to a Chrysler jeep dealer up in Littleton and gave them the paper work Perkins gave me. I asked them to do all the same test and give me a second opinion. The service guy called and said the problem is a dirty fuel filter and all injectors check out as 98%. There was nothing wrong with the rollover valve in the tank either. He said there was a piece of plastic bottle cap in the fuller tube blocking the fuel from flowing in.The truck cost me 20 bucks to fix and I was not charged for the diagnostic or the removal of the plastic cap. The service guy said Perkins was just trying to rip me off. More
Watch out they do not stand behind the cars they sell and will over charge for services after they sold you the car. They simply do not care about the customer. I originally purchased my Dodge Ram at a dealership across town. My experience with them was not particularly good, so when I experienced trouble with my Ram, I took it to the Perkins dealership rathe across town. My experience with them was not particularly good, so when I experienced trouble with my Ram, I took it to the Perkins dealership rather than the one I purchased it from. Originally the vehicle was thought to have electrical problems. After extensive troubleshooting, it was determined that the wires had been gnawed on by some type of animal. Chris kept me informed throughout the process. Although the repair was not covered by my warranty, it was made within a reasonable timeframe and at minimal cost to me. I would not hesitate to take my Ram back to the Perkins Dealership for repairs. The service was excellent and all personnel I dealt with were courteous and knowledgeable, especially Chris. More
Scott was very helpful during the entire process. I have never bought a new car and was a little nervous about it. He acknowledged me as soon as he saw me in the lot and took me seriously when I said I was never bought a new car and was a little nervous about it. He acknowledged me as soon as he saw me in the lot and took me seriously when I said I was looking for a new Jeep. He did not prejudge me based on my age, which I appreciated very much. He showed me only the models I was interested in and respected my budget. I would consider this purchase an overall positive experience. More

Scott showed up while we were waiting browsing through vehicles, and explained all of the incentives they had going on. After looking we found one we liked, Scott had me give him a payment amount i wanted, and they beat it. I was very surprised to get my brand new hemi at such a great price, and with extended warranties. More
It all started with John Moyle. I brought my Dakota to Perkins for possible warranty work on December 27th, 2011. I want to say that John is amazing with his patience and calm personality. We really Perkins for possible warranty work on December 27th, 2011. I want to say that John is amazing with his patience and calm personality. We really like John. While waiting for my ride home from a friend I happen to see a Jeep Wrangler on the showroom floor. It did catch my eye. Immediately I think the guy incharge of all sales staff quickly went and got a sales consultant named Ken Holsworth. Ken was amazing as well, he was not pushy, nosey trying to find out anything personal about me early in the conversation. He listened to what we wanted, he moved as we moved and when I was talking about what I wanted his focus was giving me what I was asking for, not what he needed. Now came the dealing. I was fretting the haggling and Joshua made my fretting at ease. We spent a whole 10 minutes with a counter offer and the answer was yes. After the deal was made I even came back with wanting a better deal(more)I asked for tinting and got it with a tiny compromise. Then came Jeff, now its this point where sneaky stuff happens. Not this time not this dealer. The numbers all matched and was not forced into buying many options at signing. Now off to parts to get some bling. Dale and Ryan are also amazing. Never pushy, happy and energetic staff. They were listening to what I wanted and not trying to sell me everything in the book. By this time I have only been in the place 5 hours and already have a bond with this many people. I would not hesitate to reccomend Perkins or any of these particular people involved. I truely believe it is a team effort and everyone in this team are amazing. I can say if it were not for John this journey and purchase would not have happened. The last thing on my list was to sell my 2010 Mazda Speed3 and buy a new vehicle. Even Eric the appraiser gave me a great offer. :) Thank you everyone for my cool Jeep. Corinne More
Went to dealer to get oil change. Talked with Sales Rep Jamie Berry. Drove home in new car. Was considering new car. However, not ready to buy yet. Jamie was most knowledgable and helpful to the point we purchased a used (one year old) car. We are most satisfied with her manner and concern about our purchase. All in all, a truly good experience purchasing a good used car - did I really say that? Would buy again from this dealership. More
Very Friendly, very co-operative. Communication break down led to service not what I expected, but they immediately corrected the error and broke their back making me happy. I went to buy a chip key from Perkins and the Parts Department was incredibly rude and condescending. I know how a chip key works. I just wanted to buy one but the Parts Department employee was so xxxx Department was incredibly rude and condescending. I know how a chip key works. I just wanted to buy one but the Parts Department employee was so xxxxx set on treating me like I was a child that I never got the chance to actually buy the key. And then he lied and said you can only buy the keys from Dodge. He also said it was going to take the service department one or two hours to do the job! The thing was I had already been to a locksmith who could do it 10 minutes but he was out of blanks! And he said it would only take 10 minutes. What really pisses me off is that I bought the car from Medved in Castle Rock. I was a Nissan owner but Medved sold me on Dodge and their service rocked! They were polite and helpful and never condescending. But during the re-organization the idiots at Chrysler took Medved's franchise away under pressure by the government and let the Perkins take it. Now I'm forced to do business with a dealership that bullies their customers and has no appreciation for the business. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER buy ANYTHING from Perkins. They suck! More
