Dirty service Left our Dodge 3500 dually for service this morning. At pickup the inside of the driver's door was covered in Diesel fuel. They mechanic they sent to clean it up, and also worked on it, was filthy from head to toe. No wonder the inside of our truck was dirty. Another of our guys was there Friday and they left his truck dirty too. Avoid this service department. More
Excellent Customer Service Despite Long Repairs I own a Jeep Grand Cherokee and I had it towed to Perkins back in January this year due to a break down. Perkins had my Jeep for over 30+ days and I h I own a Jeep Grand Cherokee and I had it towed to Perkins back in January this year due to a break down. Perkins had my Jeep for over 30+ days and I had a very extensive engine repair and my service advisor was Don McMillen. Despite the long repair time and the circumstances, they truly went above and beyond to get me into a vehicle in the meantime. They worked with my warranty company to cover an Enterprise rental so that I did not have to pay out of pocket, and then when my rental ran out of days they waived the fact that I wasn't 25 yet and put me into one of their brand new courtesy vehicles! Then when my Jeep had a heating issue shortly after picking it up from the shop, they really came through AGAIN and not only provided another internal courtesy rental for the 3 days I was without my Jeep, but also covered the cost of the entire repair (turns out it needed a new control module)! This is crazy amazing customers service and left me feeling like they not only cared about me as a customer but were willing to go above and beyond to get me back into a working vehicle with heat! Huge shout out to Keri Murphy who is the sweetest and most kind service manager I have ever dealt with! I would also like to mention the excellent customer service from Brayson McCloy, Bill Wheeler, and Duke Croney throughout the process of these 2 repairs. I would recommend Perkins to anybody based on how they were able to make sure I as a customer was taken care of despite the long repairs. Thank you Perkins Motors!!!! More
Service on 2002 Durango Hi, I would normally not do a review, but I felt compelled to write this one. I have been bring my Durango for service ever since I bought it here in Hi, I would normally not do a review, but I felt compelled to write this one. I have been bring my Durango for service ever since I bought it here in 2002. I have never had any real issues until this last time. I came in for an oil change and rotate the tires.. I specifically told the front desk guy that I did not want them to mess up my lug nuts and to not over torque. Well what a surprise it was when the front desk guy took myself and my husband back in the bay to look at my vehicle. Well low and behold the stripped out one lug bolt. And of course they are not going to admit it was over torqued so they were trying to tell us that it was from brake dust. Well I pretty much said you are full of you know what. Then they said my bearings on the back tires were bad, and the senior tech said that should have been caught 10,000 miles ago. And not to mention bearings don't just go out, they should have been checking to make sure they had grease etc. Then they took me to the front and said my sway bars needed replaced. I believe if anything on the front needed to be replaced it was probably the ball joints. Anyway when I said that I should not have to pay to have the lug bolt replaced, that fell on deaf ears. Then when I asked for an estimate on the rest, he (the front desk guy), scribbled it on a post a note, and said that I would have to replace all the lug bolts. I believe if I remember correctly it was a tune of 2000.00. I am very aware that this vehicle needs certain maintenance because of the age, but I really was disappointed with the whole situation. I regret to say that I will not be coming back again, and will have my vehicle fixed somewhere else. I do not feel confident that the service techs that you have employed will be able to do the job. Not to mention I should not have had to pay for the bolt he stripped. Once again I have never written a review, but I felt this is something you need to hear. One other thing, is I was never told the price of the oil change and was very surprised when he said it was 70.00. I know I have never paid that much for an oil change before. More

Foney Operation I have posted numerous times in regards to Perkins Motors, as this is the most unscrupulous dealerships I have ever encountered in my lifetime, part o I have posted numerous times in regards to Perkins Motors, as this is the most unscrupulous dealerships I have ever encountered in my lifetime, part of which involved managing a fleet of 100 vehicles. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. All I receive back from my posts is, give us a call. When I give a call, they treat you like a Hot Potato passing you from person to person, when you specify who you want to talk to, all you can do is leave a message which is never returned. In my experiences, if I had a customer with any type of dissatisfaction, I would go out of my way to initiate a call. NOT AT THIS DEALERSHIP. What their clowns, they call service techs report falsely to the manufacturer, which ends up nullifying your warranty and leaves you holding the bag. I wouldn’t recommend buying anything from this dealership. More

I would stay away from this dealership as they allow their technicians to assume things that are untrue, which results in voiding the warranty and costing the customer. I have been buying and overseeing a fleet of over 100 vehicles in my time, and have never faced such a blatant disregard for doing what is right for the customer. STAY AWAY from this dealership at all costs. VERY UNSCRUPULOUS! More
Makes things up when you tell them what it is!! I had my transfer case replaced by them almost 2 years ago and that took a month and a half bc they kept getting in bad transfer cases. After the thir I had my transfer case replaced by them almost 2 years ago and that took a month and a half bc they kept getting in bad transfer cases. After the third one finally came in I got my car back. Now, I get back from out of state and my car is acting up again. I knew from the beginning it was the transfer case. Paid them $150 diagnostic fee for them to tell me they couldn’t mimic the sound I was saying and that it was my front differential bushings and wanted $700 to fix it. I took my car back, took it to a RELIABLE shop and sure enough get told two weeks later that it is my transfer case that is still under warranty. Now I don’t have a car for who knows how long this time. I would never recommend this place for any kind of mechanical work. Hopefully I get my car back in one piece. More

I arrived at my scheduled appointment on time to drop off my Jeep to have the parts installed. I also scheduled for my father in-law to have the same parts installed on his jeep the same day with a drop off time two hours after my appointment. After I dropped off my jeep I was returning to work when I received a call from the service tech stating that they had only ordered parts for one of the two jeeps they were supposed to do the install on and the other jeeps scheduled their appointment and drop off before me and they would not be able to work on my jeep until they received the parts for my jeep. I informed the service tech that the jeep they were putting the parts on were my father in-laws jeep and his appointment was scheduled after mine and his appointment time was after mine and the service tech was stunned because he was unaware that we were related. It has been three weeks since I first dropped off my jeep and have still not received a phone call, my father in-law has had to take his jeep back in because the wiring harness still does not work. I have an appointment for Tuesday with Faricy Boys and they guaranteed they will have the parts and they will be installed correctly More
TERRIBLE SERVICE AFTER NEW CAR PURCHASE I PURCHASED A NEW JEEP FOR MY WIFE. FIRST OF ALL THE RADIO/TOUCH SCREEN WENT OUT. IT TOOK MORE THEN 6 MONTHS TO HAVE IT REPLACED, THEN WE NEEDED A NE I PURCHASED A NEW JEEP FOR MY WIFE. FIRST OF ALL THE RADIO/TOUCH SCREEN WENT OUT. IT TOOK MORE THEN 6 MONTHS TO HAVE IT REPLACED, THEN WE NEEDED A NEW RADIATOR..AND MORE RADIO PROBLEMS. WHILE THEY FIXED THE RADIATOR.. THE RADIO ISSUE WAS UN RESOLVED.HER JEEP WILL NOT SYNC WITH THE RADIO. THEY FIGURED THE PROBLEM AND SAID IT NEEDED A NEW MODULAR OR SOMETHING.. AND SAID THEY WOULD IT ORDER IT ASAP.. THAT WAS MAY 28TH, 2018 AND WE ARE STILL WAITING.. WE HAVE CONTACTED THEM 7 OR 8 TIMES ..LEFT ON HOLD FOR 25 MIN. PASSED ON TO ANOTHER PERSON. AND PROMISED A CALL BACK WITH IN THE HOUR. WELL IT IS NOW AUGUST. STILL NO CALL BACK! WE HAVE EVEN DONE ONLINE LIVE CHATS.ALSO PROMISED A RETURN CALL BACK. DIDN'T HAPPEN.
