David, I called and left a message this morning. Our ram has been at other dealership since Wednesday. They found that your service department who claimed to fix our issue, actually put the replaced part in BACKWARDS and now have caused additional damage to the vehicle. Now the wiring unit that sends power the active grill shutters has to be replaced. Thankfully that is all covered under warranty but now our truck will take longer to be fixed and they can't even guarantee this repair will fix the issue we've dealt with since December! At this point I will NEVER recommend your dealership or your service department to anyone and will make sure they are aware your service department does not know what they are doing when it comes to repairs.
