A service on my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe. .required an extended time for warranty on parts and service. Jena Foster was my service go to and service manager Tom Rogers as well. I brought my jeep in for an issue with the front brakes squealing. Mark was the service advisor for my visit and was very helpful. The job was done as expected. However, in picking my car up there was a squealing. Mark was the service advisor for my visit and was very helpful. The job was done as expected. However, in picking my car up there was a scratch discovered in the left side of the car. Mark caught the problem and setup a covered repair from a third party paint shop. There repair was done very well. The repair was completed professionally and with no issues. Mark was extremely helpful in this process and provided a rental car for me to use at no cost. More

I purchased a new 2025 Jeep Wrangler 4xe and on my way home I got a crack in the windshield. I contacted the dealership because I had the glass repair.
