Fantastic salesperson (Audrey Smith),. She addressed all my concerns and questions. I love the 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 I purchased through her, when I noticed a deep rear passenger door scratch one hour after my concerns and questions. I never leave reviews but my experience with Neil at Perkins was the best dealership experience I have had. There was no pressure to buy, I was told if a vehicle had issues, and what issues it had. Then Perkins was the best dealership experience I have had. There was no pressure to buy, I was told if a vehicle had issues, and what issues it had. Then at the end I ended up getting a vehicle that did not meet my needs but was my fault. I brought the vehicle back, and Neil got me into the vehicle I needed with no extra struggle. Will be buying my trucks from Perkins from now on. More
