Bought a new 2020 grand Cherokee. Transmission went out at 15k miles. They made me pay for a rental because they didn’t have any. The Chrysler Customer service was terrible. I said “thank you for making my decision to buy a 4Runner next time” and the customer service guy said “you’re welcome. Any more questions?” Excellent service, right? AC and fan went out after 5 hours into an 18 hour road trip in 90 degree heat with my dog in the car at 25k miles. Dealership wouldn’t do anything. The sales manager told me all they do is facilitate the paperwork and sell the car. So the sales manager basically admitted I am just a number. They got the sale and I got an unreliable car and they won’t do anything about it More

I purchased a vehicle and got excellent service from Audrey! She was always willing to help me even on her days off which I didn’t expect. She worked her butt to get me my car. Kelly in finance was just Audrey! She was always willing to help me even on her days off which I didn’t expect. She worked her butt to get me my car. Kelly in finance was just lovely and super sweet! I had some issues with my vehicle which wasn’t the dealers fault and brought it to service and got amazing service there as well. Julian listened to my concerns and sympathized with me as did many other staff members. They gave me loaners and all asked how things were when I came back to get my car. I can go on and on about the great attributes of this dealership but you should really go see for yourself!!! More

I came in to use the Express Service for scheduled maint. I arrived at 7:20 was checked in and told it would take about one hr. I waited in the Customer waiting area and about 20 min in was contacted that I I arrived at 7:20 was checked in and told it would take about one hr. I was back on the road by 8:16. All service was fully explained to me and the cost was as stated by the Service Rep. More
