08-31-21 Met sales consultant Jacques Perrault of Perkins Motors to purchase a 2017 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. The presentation of the vehicle was detailed inside and outside, there was an owners manual, 2 keys, pl Motors to purchase a 2017 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. The presentation of the vehicle was detailed inside and outside, there was an owners manual, 2 keys, plus a full tank of fuel. A preowned multi point inspection was completed by the dealership and all that was needed according to the report was new fluids, filters, w-blades. A copy of report was given to me along with service invoice. Great transparency! The Lincoln was in perfect condition. Jacques was very timely with good communication, before, during and after the sale. He portrayed a genuine interest in making sure my needs were met doing so in a fun relaxing way. A nice personal touch of class of his was in coordinating the delivery to my home. Job well done More
