So, I took my Jeep Wrangler in cause the steering wheel seems to be off - the wheel turns almost 360 when making turns. When picking up the car, the rep won't give me the before and after sketches of the tire alignments (she said she had to keep that for their record); I pointed out that my receipt said it was attached. She ended up making a black and white copy of the before/after assessment. Long story short, I paid for the tire alignment which looking at the before/after assessment the change was very very minute! And my initial problem of steering wheel turning almost 360 when making a left/right turn still persists. Bottom line, I was dissappointed that they charged me $100+ to make very minor changes (at least that was the numbers say) and nothing happened to my original issue. Also, this was the first time that a service rep refused to provide their assessments automatically. When I initially told her about my steering wheel issue initially, she said "it is weird" and the mechanic will check it out. The receipt said nothing about that! Very dissatisfied; not sure if I will go back to them again. More

I submitted a question online to get clarity on pricing they posted on their website and suddenly the pricing changed by +$12500 more than was posted for most of the day.. As i had printed this out, i was confused by suddenly the price change and asked about it and what was correct pricing. Of course they kept repeating the new higher price. Needless to say i walked away as there were better deals to this at other dealers and i dont need slippery sales people in my life nor dealerships that aren’t honest. Maybe it was this one transaction, but i would say be very careful. More

Repaired issue causing check engine light. Good job. Asked them to adjust my headlights after my jeep was lifted. They literally adjusted them so high the lights were shining in the trees. I YouTubed how to adjust headlights. 25 feet from a wall and shining 3 feet high. I had to correct them from shining over 6 feet high. They must have been doing that as a joke. They were shining so high that cars would not even flash their brights at me! Unbelievable! I had an appointment at 8:30 AM. It took them two days to do less than 3 hours of work. Why make an appointment if they can’t work on it? No regard to the inconvenience they cause by keeping your vehicle until they can work on it. More
