When I came into the dealership I was greeted by a salesman who went over the used car inventory with me and he gave me the price on a few cars I asked about. When I came back in a week the salesman I was seeing was out for a month sick. I got another salesman that was just as non pressure as the previous and I took 2 test drives and left to make a decision. Later that night I called to buy one of the cars and put it on hold until I could come and pick it up the next Friday. I came back did the paperwork in 15 minutes or so and signed the final financial paperwork and drove off in my new car. I was pleased with the deal I received, I thought it was a fair price. Of the people I dealt with 2 salesman and the finance person I would give them an A+ for service. More

I was in the market for my first Jeep Wrangler. I talked to Frank briefly one day. When I went back another time, I asked for him, and another sales person said he was the go-to-man for Wranglers.
