I went to this dealership mainly to price and view the various suv's that I had checked out on line. Since I live in Arizona, I was only viewing the vehicles as it would be very hot in Phoenix to be walk various suv's that I had checked out on line. After working with Bill, and finding a vehicle that had more amenities than what I thought I would be looking for, I bought it. The experience was very relaxed and I was not pressured in any way to purchase the vehicle. (Except by my own daughter). The choices were always mine to make and Bill just backed me up. He even went the extra mile to give me any $$ discounts he could, since I had to pay such a large AZ Sales tax. There was one problem with the vehicle and Bill and his other co-workers did what they could. The Sun Roof would not open. Their mechanics had left for the day, so the sales folks did what the could to make it work. After driving back to Arizona on Monday, I took the vehicle in to Moore Jeep Dealership on Bell Rd in Glendale. Right now it is in the shop and I am waiting to hear what was wrong and that it was fixed. The local dealer has been very professional and quick to solve my current problem also. More

I have been to Perkins and dealt with Frank Claros on multiple visits now. The first time i dealt with him i had brought a friend in to see what his options were for used vehicles. Frank was very helpful, very honest, was not pushy and did everything in his power to help my friend out. I came in a second time to see Frank about getting myself a used car, it was honestly a very easy choice for me and after my first visit with him he already knew what kind of a vehicle i was looking for. Frank has a very good feel for someones preference in vehicles which makes the selection process very easy for the buyer. When it came down to buying each vehicle it was just such a relaxed environment and i could feel no pressure either time... If i turned down a vehicle (or should i say wanted to), Frank would not try to pressure me into another vehicle or the one i was looking at. I also had a third visit with him when i brought a second friend in. She was just looking at what was available and the pricing on vehicles. Frank assured her that he would do whatever he could to find out what kind of financing she could be allowed into. At the end of the third visit, Frank even assured her and i that... even though there wasn't anything she could get into right away... that he would make sure to keep an eye out for a vehicle that is within her liking. With Frank it seems to always be a pleasurable experience and it only takes one visit for him to know what kind of vehicle you are looking for. I would recommend him to every person i hear that is looking for a vehicle. Only place i want to deal with anymore. More

I was just going to get my oil changed. The thought about trading my car had been on my mind. Our first day at the dealership (29 June), Scott was the first salesman to greet us and gave us a test drive of a Jeep Liberty. I advised Scott tht we will contact him on 5 June about our decision about the vehicle. Scott, gave us a courtesy call on that day not knowing that we were en-route to the dealership. The staff there were courteous and helpful in finding Scott for us. Normally, from other dealership the salesman would have made the commission themselves instead of contacting the original salesman. This made me respect the dealership even more of how they treat their employees because it will reflect on how they would treat their customers. Scott compared both USAA price and the dealership price and compared the differences. He was very informative and his interpersonal skills were good. He explained and answered all questions i had for him. My overall experience with Scott and Perkins Motor Company was above satisfactory.
