We started out with Gary, in internet sales; he was pleasant, very helpful and worked diligently to find us a great rate on a new car. Gary then put us in touch with Don Sack, our sales rep. Don was ve pleasant, very helpful and worked diligently to find us a great rate on a new car. Gary then put us in touch with Don Sack, our sales rep. Don was very knowledgeable about the 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and took the time to answer all of our questions. He stayed past closing time, and made sure that we were taken care of by the financing department (Tony Neumann), in addition to making sure the detailing guys took care of us. A few days after our purchase, I emailed Don with a few questions and he answered promptly. I would definitely recommend Don if you are looking to purchase a vehicle from Perkins as he made the experience enjoyable. In addition to the sales department, the service department was quite helpful, and the courtesy driver, Vickie, was very nice. I look forward to working with Perkins again in the future. More
I have been dealing with Perkins Motors since Mike Faracy that owned Faricy Boys left the market. This is my 7th Grand Cherokee starting in I believe 1994. Both of my daughters have been Jeep owners. My Bother in Iowa has purchased two of my used Grands and has now purchased a 2009 a few months ago because I hadn't plan to trade mine. Jeep has been a great product and Scott Matela has done a very nice job with the sales process. He was not pushy but kept me informed of inventory and rebates. He has good product knowledge and although I've been familar with Jeep he has been helpful with the design difference's with our "new" 2013. A nice feature of the dealership is a service writer assigned to each customer that is familar with you and your vehicle. It is nice to be greeted by name when you drive into the service area. More

I stopped in to look around and Scott met me in the parking structure and helped me significantly, he found exactly what i was looking for, even though the vehicle was not onsite. One of my kids purchased a car from Perkins a couple of years ago and he had a very good experience with them. We drove down to Colorado Springs from Aurora to look at a used Ford Ranger that I found on li years ago and he had a very good experience with them. We drove down to Colorado Springs from Aurora to look at a used Ford Ranger that I found on line. Bill Ward met us and showed us the truck, then allowed us to take it for a drive. We returned and went to work to agree on a fair purchase price. As we wrestled with each other in the negotiating a deal, I felt that they were fair and respectful though out our bargaining. Bill worked hard to make the deal happen and I felt he represented me and the dealer with integrity. I failed to remember the fellows name that handled the financing, but I was very impressed with him also. We didn't have to spend 5 hours getting this all done, as they worked to get everything taken care of in an efficient manner. I highly recommend Bill for his low pressure sales style, his willingness to go the extra mile for his customer, and this dealership for their consistent practice of fairness in their pricing. I would go back and buy another car or truck there, and I would recommend them to my family and friends. More
From a previous experience, I said that I would never go back. We bought a vehicle in 2007 but found them to be rude and really just acted like "salesmen" last time. I was lied to about service back. I was lied to about service (said I got a year of free oil changes), the salesman (Randy Cross) just took advantage of me. When I complained the manager accused me of lying and even yelled at me. I have learned by failure. It is horrible that you only learn to buy cars is by failing at previous car buying experiences. A previous visit in 2011 where I said ok, I will give them another shot I found a used car manager to be very rude, however, the salesman Cody was very nice and helpful but I did not buy the vehicle. After all of this, what did I do, I found a truck in October of 2012 and came back (I love the Ram 1500 Laramie by the way) and was happy with the services of Bill Ward (great guy). Randy in finance was very nice. I gave them another chance because my wife liked the vehicle and because of the massive 3 story “Vote Republican Banner” I felt that I got a fair deal this time. I give Bill Ward 5's across the board but if I were to review my entire experience past and present it would be in the 3's but only because of things out of Bill Ward’s arena and out of his control. Now I am getting e-mails and phone calls thanking me and welcoming me to the “family” that is something that we did not get in the past and made us feel like it was a complete “wham, bam, thank you ma'am event.” Overall, I was happy this time and would go back but only deal with Bill Ward. There were still a few salesmen that were rude and unhelpful. I asked for water and the guy pretended to ignore me and walk off after he looked at me. Another sat on the bench outside and played on his cell phone (Frank Claros) while he watched me struggle to open the door with one hand while trying to get a stroller in at the same time. That was super impressive because he was arms length away from me. More
