My husband and I had a wonderful experience with our sales associate Rick romero. He was attentive, fast, understanding and definitely an awesome representative for the company. I'm 8 months pregnant and handicapped, my husband is a soldier who just had back surgery 2 months ago. We came to the office this afternoon with our 9 year old twins and 2 year old toddler.. So our patience was already being tested. Rick made sure to go that extra mile in order to accommodate our needs. Even down to the very last minute when I realized the vehicle we signed for was not the vehicle we had actually wanted.. Contract signed, paid for and keys in hand, I threw a fit at this mistake that had been made. Rick reassured us and was able to somehow correct this. He had to stay later at work and redo everything... But he somehow pulled it off and was able to give us the vehicle we had actually wanted. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken cared of, even if out meant going into his own pocket to guarantee we had what we needed. For this, we are truely thankful and are more than satisfied with or new vehicle. Thank you perkins for hiring such a great employe, he is definitely an asset to your company. I will be passing his name out to friends, families and soldiers looking for a vehicle in the future. As well as returning to Mr.rick romero when we decide to purchase our next vehicle. This morning, on the 26th of November I stopped in at Perkins Motor after having a terribly aggressive experience at one of Phil Longs meat markets. I walked into the clean establishment and was greeted by Scott in a sweet red Dodge jacket. I told him exactly what I was looking for after researching on the Perkins website previously and he was able to lead me to what is now my new amazing vehicle. He was not aggressive with me "trying to seal the deal". He was very professional and comical which made the experience very enjoyable. He went out of his way to make me feel at home and I really appreciated that. I believe he would excel in a managerial position if he wanted such a job but I'm sure he enjoys what he does. Also I would like to note how efficient the whole process was from start to finish with all the personnel involved. Thank you for making Motor City not so overwhelming. -Brock More
